Your collection no longer has to stay at home. AcervOne Mobile brings fast access and field capture to fairs, journeys and new discoveries.

Mobile is your field companion. To become fully functional, it requires AcervOne for PC, where the complete management of your collection takes place.

The home screen shows data status, available modules and the next clear action: browse the collection or capture a new discovery.

Your synchronised collection appears as visual cards with photographs, search and direct access to each item record.

The experience goes beyond Numismatics. Miniatures are also available when the corresponding module is authorised on the PC.

Search and filters quickly narrow results by entity, item type, date or the presence of an image.

Active filters and result counts remain visible, so you always know exactly what you are viewing.

One tap opens a compact record with issuer, denomination, date, notes and the confirmation status received from the PC.

Mobile receives only thumbnails and optimised copies. Originals stay on their source device, while the image can be enlarged for inspection.

Without an Internet connection, previously synchronised data remains available. AcervOne Mobile was designed around a local-first experience.

In the field, capture a Numismatic discovery with a photograph, issuer, denomination, date or period, and notes.

If you try to leave before saving, the application asks for confirmation. Your work is protected from an accidental tap.

Whenever you want fresh data, simply tap Refresh. Manual synchronisation is always available from the home screen.

Progress remains visible throughout synchronisation. When it finishes, the application confirms that the data is up to date.

The private flow is bidirectional: PC publishes the snapshot, Mobile sends new discoveries, and PC returns the canonical record without duplication.

The device pairs privately with AcervOne PC using a QR code or manual code. It does not depend on a login or the purchase of the Share module.

The interface is available in four languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English and French, selected directly in Settings.

AcervOne Mobile. Your collection travels with you in the field, while AcervOne PC preserves the complete depth, control and rigour.
